Setting up ReadSoft's solution for vendor invoices management

  • Number of invoices : 1 600 000 / year, more than 500 warehouses
  • Project duration : 1 year from workshop to go-live
  • Software : SAP Retail & ReadSoft Invoice Cockpit Suite & Webcycle
  • Specificities : project planning to be shared with core model deployment for SAP Retail MM/SD/FI solution. Master data owned by external data and interfaced with SAP. 

MLR Conseil has helped Monoprix from the project scoping and workshops in order to find out the specificities of our target solution. Proposals for efficient solutions have been rapidly given.

Project design and training phases went very well, thanks to MLR Conseil consultants' human sense. This is a key aspect in projects of this kind. 

Once the solution has been stabilised and mastered by our teams, MLR Conseil kept working with our users, proposing and setting up efficiently new evolutions.
